- Refunds and ticket transfers can be given until 7 days prior to the concert.
- Pencilled group bookings must be confirmed 1 month prior to concert and a 20% deposit for groups may be required.

The most cost effective way to enjoy Operatunity concerts is to become a season pass holder. A 2012 season pass costs just $196, which works out at only $24.50 each for all 8 concerts throughout the year. Season passes can be lent to friends in case you can’t attend one of the concerts yourself, and are also fully transferable, meaning you can swap the venue you attend to another venue at any stage. Being an Operatunity season pass holder also gives you special privileges, such as getting discounted tickets when bringing along friends.
